It shouldn’t be possible to get a sunburn in April. And yet, I did. So did Niles while doing yard work, and Jay and Tom while on one of their mountain bike adventures.
Luckily for me, Niles had bought a real aloe leaf at Market Basket for $1. I borrowed it and lathered up my pink skin.

  2. Doesn’t dad have an aloe plant anymore? Then you can get aloe for free!

I had an aloe plant, but I kinda killed it and then Mac stuck it in the greenhouse (to help it) and DEFINITELY killed it.

  3. He did have an aloe plant, but we also had a certain little cat named Tucker who liked to eat plants. He chewed on your bonsai, and then he ate the aloe plant. At least the aloe plant was some what healthy for him.
