My five mile run today for half marathon training was awful. It wasn’t too hard because I did my usual route, but for some reason I just felt awful. I was very thirsty and had to stop after mile two at Fitchburg State at a drinking fountain. Then, after mile 3 and 4 I was neauseated and felt like I could throw up. I also kept burping. Perhaps I chugged too much water and swallowed a lot of air.
The five miles sucked and I kept having to stop and walk. However, my time still wasn’t that bad.
Hopefully tomorrow’s run will be a lot better.

I was reading one of my blog on my RSS feed, and I wanted to share it, because it seems like great advice. I’ve crossed out the ones that I don’t believe in, although they may be good advice for some (funny they both have to do with food).
Eat vegetables with every meal.
Drink 2 liters of water a day.
Meditate for 15 minutes a day.
Don’t eat sugar.
Hug your kids.
Take 5 minutes to yourself to relax before bed.
Get properly fitted for a bra.
Eat real food.
Live mindfully.
Laugh.
No grains.
Dance like no one’s watching.
Do cardio first.
Work in what you love and love your work.
Be passionate.
Ask questions.
Do no harm.
Don’t be evil.
Give more than you get.
Listen first.
Never leave without a kiss.
Recycle.
Live simply.
Be kind.
Ride mass transit.
Talk to strangers.
Pray.
Love generously.
And finally, I will sign off with perhaps the best advice I’ve ever read:
The best things in life aren’t things.
Happy April Fools Day.
I have a five mile run and a hair appointment today before Lost this evening. Today will be a good day.
