What is on my mind:
Finally had a good dinner tonight! We made Sloppy Joe’s! Homemade. They were delicious. I just piled the meat on to an open piece of homemade bread. We got the meat special from a butcher so I knew it was safe to eat. It really made me feel mentally better that I got a meal!
How my body feels:
Not bad at all, and I’m just so surprised. I didn’t expect to feel good at all! But it’s a pleasant surprise.
What I did today to reach my treatment goals:
Gym and relaxed. Both very important.
Today I felt: Great
What is on my mind:
Again, the diet sucks. We just need to sit down and study the cookbook for ideas. I went to work for the first time off my meds. It went fine, but it wasn’t too busy. My memory is good!
How my body feels:
Sore from going to the gym! But in general, I feel absolutely fine. It’s almost as if I’m taking my meds in the middle of the night. I don’t feel any different!
What I did today to reach my treatment goals:
Went to the gym again - it feels very rewarding to go every day. I tried making myself a nice dinner with peas and potatoes, but my chicken was sub par.
Today I felt: Great.
